Hello,

I am wondering how long one should take your c60 before moving to the c60 Sekhmet.  How much c60 Sekhmet can one take.  I know to start with one drop but can you progress to more than one drop. Can this be used with the other products I am taking. (I have already began taking it one drop a day for about a week now 😁)

I am taking Heart Glue, Liquid Confidence, Vulcan’s Fire with Sekhmet Elixir, Voluptus, Archigenes Seal and Vulcan’s Fire/Panaceia’s Tincture on alternate days.

Also my face is quite dry from only using Voluptus. Can I use my regular face cream after I put the Voluptus on in the morning?

I am seeing results from voluptus.  My libido is back!  

My back...I had my last two rounds of ozone shots this week.  I was 99 percent pain free until yesterday.  I had some pain radiating down my leg.  I did get a small adjustment before the shots by my chiropractor.  This may have caused that. I feel the elixir gives me busy sleep. I don't know any other way to describe it.  It's like I am working A LOT of things out on the astral while sleeping.  I can sense this when I wake up to turn over then I am right back to sleep.

My sleep has greatly improved since beginning your products.  My meditations are much deeper and I get a buzzing through my whole body when I do them. I have been releasing a ton of grief for loved ones that have passed. I feel the heart glue is clearing grief from my grandmothers passing in 1998 that I never fully dealt with.  I also lost one of my closest friends in 2021 and it is helping me clear that as well. 

My energy is getting better since I last emailed.  It's not linear though I have had a couple spells of being very tired.  I think this is due to a tremendous amount of healing.

Here is my reply…

Your skin might be dry now, but that is likely a skin ‘healing crises’.  Every single woman who has used Voluptus reports their skin becoming softer and more supple.

That's funny you say that because I wondered if it was a healing crisis!  The spot on my face that is the problem is usually a place where I have a lot of issues when I get colds.  It is over a sinus cavity.  So very possible something is working itself out.

Women will rarely say directly that they look younger preferring to say that this or that person told them they look younger, but in the case of Voluptus, the women are telling me they see this youth in themselves when they look in the mirror. Keep going!

If you must use face cream during the day, wash your face in the evening as early as possible and apply Voluptus so that it dries in over night, then you can use face cream in the morning.

It doesn’t sound like you are going through too much ‘healing downtime’, although maybe you are.. On the other hand, it feels like you are getting closer to your own particular level of how much you can take because of an over active mind during sleep.

So, I’d suggest you go further, and take more C60 drops daily until you can feel this healing emotional downtime and then you’ll know- oops! Ok where did that come from?? I’d better reduce my intake to a more comfortable level!!

You’ll recognize healing downtime because you’ll feel extremely emotional for little or no reason, as if it came out  of nowhere. As if nothing in your daily life has caused this and you may not have felt this emotional for years. That’s how you’ll recognize it.

FEEL the emotional downtime as much as you can- don’t run away from it or hide, is it in your heart? Then feel that, in your shoulders? Feel that and keep feeling these negative things which is what Let It Be means. Feel it and it will melt away. That’s how to deal with emotional downtime but also you'll know how much C60 has caused this and how much suits you particularly.

Dosage

You can take C60 Sekhmet now, but watch yourself for the above signs. Begin with 1 drop daily and keep raising the amount you take which could be 10 or 12 drops daily. But if you hit an emotional wall at say 6 drops, maybe take a break for a day or two and then reduce your normal daily intake to 3 or 4 drops. 

Eventually, you’ll be able to move back up to 6 drops, then 7-8 drops and more as you will have healed emotionally and physically and you do not have the old emotions coming up to the surface to be released- because they are gone.

Vulcan’s Fire

Please do NOT take Vulcan’s Fire with Panaceia’s Tincture!!!

For some reason they counter each other. But Vulcan’s Fire is fine with Voluptus and topical Sekhmet Elixir, Heart Glue etc. Archigenes Seal is already very powerful and there is no need to use Vulcan’s Fire to multiply that power any further.

The cutting ties exercise seems very simple but it is very powerful. I would advise you to cut ties with all past events, people and places. The technique is on another my other substack page. This will bring you the joy you deserve.
